Roasted corn chips spiced with black pepper and lime served with homemade pico.

 

Main

Spinach Enchiladas

Fresh spinach sauteed with chilli pepper, poblano pepper, and onion. Wrapped in a flour tortilla and stacked in a casserole dish with enchilada sauce and cheese to cover. Baked. (corn tortilla available upon request)

 

Roasted Corn

Roasted Corn served with a homemade lime-cilantro crema.

Side

Fruit Salad

Melons and mango swirled with a homemade honey lime dressing.

Rice

Served with lime and a whole avocado, best sliced right before mealtime.
 

Finish

Chocolate Nut Butter Mousse

Chocolate mousse served with homemade whipped cream and topped with a crispy seared plantain.

Par boiled and pan seared with butter. Finished with a touch rough salt. A Classic.
